VD/VOD type vaccum refining furnace
Usage:
VD vacuum refining furnace can degas moltensteel and fine adjust alloy composition as well as stir argon. VOD vacuumrefining furnace has the function of blowing oxygen, decarburization, vacuumdegassing and fine adjustment of alloy constituent in the vacuum situation. Itis mainly used to refine ultra-low carbon stainless steel, electrical pureiron, etc.
Mainform:
VD/VOD refining furnace can adopt bothseparate station and double-station. Vacuum tank can be overhead type, pit typeor cart-loaded form. The movement of vacuum tank lid can be rotating form orcart-loaded form.

VD/VOD vacuum refining furnace is made upof vacuum tank, vacuum tank lid, lifting device of tank lid, ladle, oxygen lancedevice, vacuum feeding device, temperature measuring and sampling system andobserving system, oxygen system, argon system, water cooling system, vacuumpump system, electrical control system, automatic control system, etc.
