This machine is usedto seal disposable aluminum caps of pilfer proof on the bottles
1. The sealinghead is made from hardened stainless steel to ensure a long service life.
2. It uses fourwheels balance principle to generate uniform force on the wheels to achievegood sealing quality.
3. Automaticpositioning devices are used to ensure the bottle is positioned to the sealinghead accurately.
4. This machine isequipped with automatic cap arranging and cap hanging device, and can beequipped with cap loading device.
5. Anelectromagnetic vibration device (horizontal projectile type or swash platetype) is used to arrange caps in a line. Using such a device avoids scratch ordeformation on the caps caused by traditional mechanical device.
6. If bottles arestuck in this machine, overload clutch protection device will be activated toprotect bottles and the machine.
