Description:
1. The whoe machine Dimension is about 7000mm×800mm×1200mm and the suitable raw material is 0.3mm to 0.8mm colored steel sheet or pper.aluminium etc .The main machine motor power7.5Kw with speed reducer,made in China.
The Forming speed can reach max 18m/min .we adopt 17 roll forming stations as well vertical rollers .way of drive is chain made in HRB
2. We adopt Simens PLC control,made in Germany,Yaskawa inverter,Omron encoder made in Japan .MSG touch screen made in Taiwan
The rollers manufacture:45# steel,HRC48-52 hard Chrome Coated ,0.05mm thickness .the main shaft material is 45#steel fine processment ,diameter 70mm
3. We use the hydraulic cutting,material of cutting die:Cr12 mold steel with quench treatment,Cutting pressure:12 Mpa, cutting length tolerance:≤±2mm
4. Control voltage:410 V,50Hz,3 Ph or 380v 50 Hz 3ph
5. Yellow safety guard cover ,emergency stop installed at the cutter and feeding point
Mobile trailor is available as well .
Technological Process:
Decoiling→ Coil sheet guiding & feeding → Roll forming → hydraulic cutting → Product packing (manual)
