Description:
We adopt the seperate Torri stands structure which looks bright and beautiful with 16 forming roller stations and can process the pre-painted steel,pre-painted galvalume coils and so on.the rolled thickness is from 0.35mm to 0.75mm .the forming speed is 18m/min and line speed is about 5-6m/min with double pressing unit by which it can increase the speed of the line as well the productivity.One machine can produce 2 different product according to the drawing.
The main machine power is 7.5kw motor made in China,hydraulic station power 4kw with solenoid made in Taiwan
We use 45# forged steel as rollers materials,CNC processment and hard chromed on the surface of the rollers.HRC 48-52.
The way of control is PLC,Siemens made in Germany.Omron encoder and Yaskawa interver speed control made in Japan
The whole machine demension is about 8500mmx 1700mmx1400mm
