LNG Pump Skid
It is a skid mounted type,that is to mount storage tank, pipeline, valves,submerged pump, pump sump and instrumental cabinet on a platform.We are the only company in China adopts vacuum pipeline design, which significantlyreduces frost, cold loss and BOG during LNG refueling.
PLC control system: Up to 7 vacuum emergency shut-off valves and multiple pressure and temperature sensors and the gas detector are equipped to ensure thesafety of the system.
Advanced and highly automatic process design: use the most advanced cryogenicsubmerged pump and high pressure plunger pump; use the best-quality cryogenicpneumatic valve instead of manual valve to switch; the flow of plunger pump can beexpanded which facilitates the capacity expansion and maintenance convenience infuture.
LNG Pump Skid Technical Highlights
1 The only company in China adopts vacuum pipeline design, which significantly reduces frost, cold loss and BOG during LNG refueling.
2 PLC control system: Up to 7 vacuum emergency shut-off valves and multiple pressure and temperature sensors and the gas detector are equipped to ensure the safety of the system.
3 Refueling can proceed on even during unloading process. The pump skid has the functions as downloading, pressure and temperature regulating, refueling and venting, and the unique self-depressurizing for storage tank,which significantly reduces BOG resulted from the shortage of vehicles.
4 Advanced and highly automatic process design: use the most advanced cryogenic submerged pump and high pressure plunger pump; use the best-quality cryogenic pneumatic valve instead of manual valve to switch; the flow of plunger pump can be expanded which facilitates the capacity expansion and maintenance convenience in future.
5 The enterprise manufacturing code for LNG pump skid is in effect, which is also registered at Sichuan Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau.
