ND-TS-1A stator winding machine is suitable for two-poles stator winding, such as mixer motor, grinder motor, vacuum cleaner motor etc. It can wind two stators at same time. It\'s self-locked, quick and convenient. Winding parameter can be set and saved through the touch screen.

Operation procedure of this machine
Fix the winding tools on stator core, then put stator core on the loading base, press START button, safety door will close, loading base will move inside to the winding position, machine will automatic winding and cut wire, at this time, operator could fix the winding tools on another two stator cores; after finishing winding, loading base will move outside, safety door opened, then take out the completed stator, and put another two stator cores on the loading base, one cycle is completed.
