3.Basic Principles
The cover falls from an upright position to a horizonal position, when it is in the highest position, since the inner force of the damper is the smallest, that's to say the torque is the smallest.As the falling of the cover, the outer gravity is getting bigger,and so is the inner forth, but the inner space of the damping grease is getting smaller, that is the reaction forth is getting bigger,and then get buffering, at last the cover closes slowly and lightly.
4.Product Instruction:
There are two kinds of damper. That is positive and negative.The ratio of the positive and negative damping value is 0.3-0.5. Two types can be matched to be a pair. Meanwhile, the largest action angle is 110°,If exceed 110°,damage will result.In addition to, please install the damper with right direction,or it would be damaged and lost its function.
