2) Description:
1> Gas Cylinder Manifold Function
Gas cylinder manifold is a high pressure structure specially fabricated for interconnecting two or more numbers of cylinders to a common gas supply line when consumption of gas is high. Manifold interconnects two or more number of cylinders for the purpose of availability of more gas at source.
2> Standard Configuration
1. High pressure hoses are metal hoses, or oxygen cylinder manifold uses red copper pipes, the acetylene cylinder manifold uses chrome plated metal stainless steel pipes.
2. Flashback arrestor at the outlet of the acetylene and propane cylinder manifold.
3. For use of acetylene and propane cylinder manifold, the connecting cylinder rack, T-shaped wrench and adaptor are fitted at the outlet end of the acetylene and propane cylinders.
4. Adopting pressure reducer with large flow.
3) Applications:
It is specially designed for use of single gas source, and can be widely used as a standby system for the main gas source or other gas sources like tank gas.
