Description:
This speaker belongs to professional midbass , out diameter is 18 inch namely 460mm , high rated power 400 watts , playing the frequency between 28 Hz to 3000 Hz .
The speaker was build with high efficient magnetic transfer materials ferrite magnet , 100mm KSV voice coil , which could accept the voice signal well and anti-high temperature , prolong the speaker\'s working life ; paper cone let the voice to be more real and powerful , by collocation with cloth surround , the dust and other rubbish won\'t come inside to affect the speaker quality ; the basket is grilling steel , which is a very hard materials and anti-corrosion .

01. IQC: inspection of the raw material;
02. QC: fully inspection of the board, and IPQC check the correctness of the processing of every worker;
03. QC: fully inspection of the products, IPQC check the correctness of the processing;
04. IPQC inspection of the charger aging;
05. IPQC inspection of the packing;
06. QA final inspection of the products and determination of shipment.
