600 Ps - 40000 Ps HFO Fuel Oil Booster Unit for Power Station Operation

Fuel oil modules contain all components for fuel delivery from the daily supply tank to engines according to requirements (amount, pressure, filtration, viscosity) of the several engine makers

This unit is mainly applied to supply fuel to main engine and optimize the quality of HFO. After heated to 70℃ in oil tank, the fuel will be  send to mix oil tank by feed pump through strainer and then boosted by circulated pump to enter heater to decrease its viscosity under the auto temperature control system, the qualified fuel after fine filtered is presented for the main engine use.

This Unit is a complete fuel booster module of integrating pumps, heater, filters oil tanks, foundation, flow meter, motors, and controllers or e-control box etc together. It is mainly applied to supply fuel to main engine with such total power from 600Psto 40000Ps and optimize the quality of HFO, the control system can be divided into temperature control and viscosity control as per demand, the appearance can be designed Horizontal integration style and vertical cupboard-division style, we have many model with both economical and Luxurious to meet different market demand.
