Introduction:
Built-in air shower significantly reduces surface contamination on materials entering or exiting the controlled environment, material entering or exiting the controlled environment by high velocity HEPA filtered air jets with velocities of 20-25m/s. contaminated air is then drawn through the base within the unit, filtered and recirculated.
Applications:
It is widely used in the clean environment, such as micro-electronic, laboratory, national defense, precise instrument, bio-pharmaceuticals, photo-electric, aseptic packaging field and so on.
operating features:
1: The outside cabinet constructed of cold rolled steel with an abrasion resistance oven-baked powder coated finish or stainless steel material.
2: the inside material is stainless steel for prevent scratches and keep inside in flat and neat.
3: the door in two side can be machinery or electronic interlock maintains clean room integrity by preventing both doors from being opened at the same time.
4: two step filtration, the HEPA filter is 99.995% @ 0.3um, the pre-filter is from G1 to G3.
5: the air velocity more than 20m/s
6: according to production process requirement, it can install the UV light, ozone light or conveyor belt and so on
