Description:
Material: torrefaction compounded high density fiberglass wool
Face: special painting laminated with decorative fiberglass tissue
Color: white, black and others to order
Fire-resistant: Basic board: Class A, finished board: Class B2. non-combustible according to GB9624-1997, tested by china’s authority inspection center
Thermal-resistant: ≥0.4(m2·k/w)
Humidity: dimensionally stable with RH up to 95％ at 40℃, no sagging, warpping or delaminating.
Moisture rate: ≤1％(JC/T670-2005)
Enviromental impact: tiles and packings are fully recyclable.
Safety: limit of radionuclides in building materials, specific activity of 226Ra: Ira≤1.0, specific activity of 226 Ra, 232Th, 40K: Ir≤1.3
Description
The tiles are manufactured from high density fiberglass wool. The visible side is warpped with decorative fabric and the back is covered with normal fiberglass tissue. The four edges can be square or bevel.
Application
It is recommended that the tiles be installed to the opposite two walls to control the echo of the surroundings. The tiles are widely used in hotels, meetings rooms, music rooms, etc., where have special request for sound absorption.

Safety and Convenience: No safeguards are needed for the insulation. The working site will still keep clean and tidy as no fibers will fall off. Either exposed or concealed grids are available for the installation. Because of the light weight, the panels are widely used in constructions with large spans in space, such as gymnasiums, exhibition halls, shopping centers, etc. They are easy to trim and install.
Install Method
Place top edge on set line. Carefully swing bottom edge to meet impaler heads. With the panel resting on the impaler darts, apply in towards wall and downward pressure.
