Use&Function:Three-in-one dehumidifier is a kind of advanced technology, reliable quality and high characteristics dehumidifier for drying raw material. It adopts molecular sieve method which is of the newest technology,high moisture absorbing ability and repeatable use.
1. The air dew-point after dehumidified is -40~ -60°C, the dew point is steady.
2. It adopts LCD computer PLC control. It has auto alarm for trouble super-high temperature and auto breaking protection;
3. It collects dehumidifying and drying together and unite them as a group to carry. The volume is small. The installation is easy and the cleaning is simple.

The dew-point monitor indicator for customer selection , which can monitor the dew-point;
The moisture proof drying material tube adopt bottom blowing design with circling air exhausting device , prevent heat energy emitting, heat preservation,improve drying effect;
Compact in size for easy moving and the machine can be replace easily;
Airtight loop feeding system , prevent the dried raw material to be damp again by contact external air;
With built in restrictive valve , guarantee no remained material in pipe;
Use two cooler in dehumidifying system , guarantee low temperature on air and dew point.

Working Principle:
Dehumidifying system:
damp and hot air from dry material barrel is blown into rotor after cooled. Moisture from the air is absorbed by rotor and is then adsorbed by regeneration heating air.Two strands of airflow function on the rotor. And with the rotation, moisture from the air is absorbed and expelled after absorbed regeneration air to form stable low dew-point air, which is dried to the drying temperature and then is blown into material barrel to closed circle to dry material.
