Properties
Polifibro glass-fibre putty is an amine preaccelerated, semiflexible, high reactive unsaturated polyester based putty which contains special glass fibers and high quality fillers. It has very good adhesion, filling and sanding properties. With the addition of benzoyl peroxide (the hardening substance) it readily hardens even at low temperatures (down 5°C) The puty has outstanding storage stability due to the built-in-amine based unsaturated polyester resin and high quality fillers used. This product has a number of uses and is particularly suited to repair bodyworks and to stopper and assemble products in fiber glass.

Application Surfaces
Polifibro glass-fibre putty can be applied to bare metal including aluminium, galvanized stell, SMC, FRP as well as old painted metal surfaces.

Mixing Ratio:Polifibro glass-fibre polyester putty 100
Hardener:1-3
Gel Time:5 - 10 min, depending on temperature and proportion of hardener
Sanding:20-30 min. 20°C
Sanding Paper:P-150

Storage
Polifibro glass-fibre putty should be kept in its original can and in a cool place with the lid securely closed. Under suitable condition it can be stored for one year at temperatures up to 25°C.
