ZJX-0.3-3X1600mm full automatic slitting line is used for slitting the carbon plate to prepare for the next process.

1. Hydraulic entry coil car

◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.

◆It is driven vertically by hydraulic cylinder with four guide pillars.

◆The level movement is driven by 1.5KW cycloidal motor.

2. Hydraulic cantilever un-coiler

◆ Supporting steel rolls and uncoiling.

◆It can expand and shrink with hydraulic oil cylinder and fit with the inner hole of the steel coils and is equipped with supporting stand.

◆Moment motor drives the coils running and the motor can run right and left to prevent the coils running by inertia.

3. Hydraulic press and pinch and feed device

◆Two hydraulic oil cylinders control the lifting of rollers.

◆Hydraulic telescopic shovel and hydraulic press and hit the head device, etc to feed the plate.

◆Hydraulic pinch and feed device: driven by the cycloid pinwheel decelerator and equipped with hand clutch. The pinch rollers adopt the hydraulic oil cylinder to press down. It is driven by down rollers.

4. Hydraulic head-cutting machine

◆Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 3mmX1600 steel plates;

◆The up and down blades which are alloy material 9CrSi can adjust their gap;

◆The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine.

5. Looper Ⅰ

◆It uses the 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitting machines.

◆Magic eye is controlled by PLC.

6. Side guide device

◆It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.

◆The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides . The width range is 500-1600mm.

◆It is equipped with the hydraulic press and damping device to make sure the slitting precision.

7. Slitting machine

◆Power part: This is composed of power-stand, decelerator, 55KW direct current motor, gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.

◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot (φ180mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device, accompany of blade, separating cover, rubber band and 10 blades with the ma
