Description:
Solid-Liquid Separation is a major unit operation that exists in almost every flow scheme related to the
chemical process industries, ore beneficiation, pharmaceutics, food or water and waste treatment.

Applications:
Thickeners are used for dewatering slurries of either tailings or product. A thickener is a large circular tank
that is used to settle out the solid material from the water in the feed slurry. It is widely used for dealing
with slime, wastewater, waste residue in metallurgy, mine, coal, petrochemical industry, building materials,
environmental protection department etc.

Performance Feature:
1. CQW series have multiple drive unit, CQW type Drive through the base plate installed on the central
pillar head, the driving mechanism comprises a worm gear box, one B3 type reducer drive. Special
structural design can be directly combined elevator, the hollow output shaft with double guide groove,
ensure flexible lifting elevator.
2. PLC module can realize multiple automatic control mode.
3. 3 series can realize 8KN.m, 16KN.m, 30KN.m output, suitable for use in the small settlement which
trough mud layer is not high.
