YQC series Vegetable Cutter is acomposite and multifunctional cutter, which is designed simulating theprinciple of hand cutting and adopting the advanced technique of ‘variablespeeds’ and ‘centrifugal slicing structure’. The machine is widely used forprocessing various root vegetable, stem vegetable and leafy vegetable. It isalso ideal equipment for pickle processing industry.
Feature
1. By changing various blades of themachine can cut the root and stem vegetables (potato, yam, carrot, eggplantetc) into many shapes, such as strips, slices, cubes, rhombus and waves.
2.The machine is also fit forsegmenting the stem vegetables (leek, celery, beanstalk etc) and shreddingvarious leafy vegetables (kelp, cabbage etc).
3.The thickness and the length isadjustable
