SBC load cell is available in the capacities 0.5t to 5t, its structure is very compact, so it is very easy to install, and its precision is high,which can be reached to 0.02%. The product’s surface has a step, which can make the bolt to keep a good state. This designing mean that it doesn’t need shim, SBC load cell use the way of welding, cable entrance also has carried on the seal, which can ensure the product apply for the Chemical and Industries of Foods successfully.
SBC load cell can be used more sets together, it can be used for Small or medium-sized Platform scales (If choosing the suitable attachment), Several SBC load cells can be assembled a weigh module, its product model is FWC, This is the same as M23, which is belong to static weighing module, Each weigh module consists of three different module types, a Fixed-pin Module and a Semi-Floating Modules and some number of Full-Floating Modules. But if not choosing the module designing, you can match the Active Rubber Mounting Feet with each SBC load cell, this style also widely apply for the weighing device.
