Description of Two stage water ring waste plastic recycling machine with rigid material feeding port,500kg/h:
A. Features:
It only need one step to finish recycling granulation and modified granulation.
B. Applications fields:
The material goes into the first twin screw extruder.After fully exhusting and modifying, the melt flow into the second single screw extruder and start granulating.
The machine has two stage which has better degassing system compared with one stage granulator machine and it can accept the material which is not very clean. With two stage, the dirt can be filted thus the final product can be nicer and better quality.
With spiral charger,the flakes flow into the feeder.The material in the twin screw extruder finish its extruding and modifying. And then comes into the second single screw extruder start its second filter.
Then it comes the water-ring hot cutting pelletizing system.After the pellets comes out from the centrigugal dryer you can choose buying a vibration sieve if you have higher quality requirement for the pellets.
