Description:
KBG-10144 Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machine designed with Ultrasonic power 7200W, Frequency 28KHz or as request, interior tank size with 1750x 700x 600(L x W x H mm ), heating power 24KW, with external stainless steel heating plate, maintenance more convenient. Generator for digital type, power adjustable, and Ultrasonic current, ultrasonic power, frequency, cleaning time are all be realization of digital display and setting. The machine power, frequency, and size can be designed according to your requirements.
This custom made Single tank Industrial Ultrasound cleaner using Environmentally friendly water-based cleaning agent . Ultrasonic cleaning tank Main tank made of high quality SUS304 2.0mm stainless steel production; the side which match transducers use of high quality SUS316L 2.0mm or SUS304 2.5mm stainless steel. Digital Ultrasonic generator, single chip microcomputer technology, more stable operating conditions, the output power is more powerful. This series Industrial Ultrasonic cleaning machines are suitable for electroplating treatment and cleaning after plating; car accessories cleaning; metal components cleaning; machine parts cleaning; optical frames cleaning, etc.

A. Imported stainless steel plate and components, full stainless steel structure, good appearance and durable.
B. Cleaning tank equipped with heating and temperature control device, temperature control adjustable 30~110℃
C. Imported transducer with high quality, strong output for ultrasonic power.
