Sinofine offers CQB lining fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump at high flow rates, low pressures, and pulseless flow at a low price. CQB lining fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump is mainly to feature drive transferred by coupling and completely leak tightness. Normally centrifugal pump is consisted of motor, magnetic coupling and anticorrosive centrifugal pump. CQB series centrifugal pump are used to move liquid through a piping system for food, chemical, water treatment and wastewater applications, among others. The liquid enters the centrifugal pump, where it goes onto an impeller that flings the liquid out and away, changing the fluid direction, causing acceleration and thereby increasing pressure. Centrifugal pumps keep liquids moving continuously for transporting, removing, loading and elevating fluids.
Normally centrifugal pump is consisted of motor, magnetic coupling and anticorrosive centrifugal pump. When motor drives the external magnet steel of magnetic coupling to rotate, the magnetic force line passes through the clearance and spacer sleeve to act on the internal magnet steel, making the rotor and motor rotating synchronously, thus to transfer the torque with out any mechanical contact. At the end of dynamic input of pump shaft, as liquid has been enclosed in the stationary spacer sleeve without dynamic seal, thus to actualize complete leak tightness.
Because the pump\'s liquid carrying part is made of fluoroplastic alloy it can continually carry acid, base, or strong oxidizer at any concentration without any damage.
In the driving device the initiative magnet junction box is directly installed onto the motor shaft. The pump chamber is totally sealed, and is propelled to rotate by the magnetic impeller on the magnetic coupling indirect driving pump shaft, its structure tight, safe, and energy-saving.
Though the liquid-touching part is made of fluoroplastics, the pump enclosure is made of metal, so the pump can sustain the pipe\'s weight and mechanical shock.
