This product will provide eye protection against Ultraviolet and Infrared emissions. You can adjust the shade by the knob of “Shade” according to welding current and adjust sensitivity step less. The solar cell can supply energy from welding light or strong natural light, and there are 2 CR2032 Li. batteries can be replaced to longer the life of the filter. The high light of this patent product is: we put a LED light in the ADF (auto-darkening filter), focused by a magnify lens, we will get much bright light within 6 to 8 cm circle, so when work in dark condition (less then 50 LUX), the LED will turn on automatically, help you to see clearly. It surely will be a good helper for your welding work. This mask was painted with blue background color and with watermarking of eagle, looks shine. This mask will suitable for all arc welding machine, as well as TIG, MIG, MAG, Co2, especial for Inverter welding machine.

Applications:
When you do arc welding work, it will burst very strong arc light, it contain with Ultraviolet and Infrared light, it will hurt our eyes, face and skin. We have to get a helmet to protect with our eyes and face, the Auto-darkening welding mask is useful for our welding work, but normally such helmet have DIN 4 shade before welding, so when you work in dim condition (less then 50 LUX), you could not see clearly for the parts. For our patent design, we put in LED light in the ADF (auto-darkening filter), when the condition is lower then 50 LUX it will turn on automatically, and through a magnify lens to focus the light within 6 to 8 cm circle, you can see clearly for the parts, after you welding the light will turn off, it will be your good helper. This mask will suitable for all arc welding machine, as well as TIG, MIG, MAG, Co2, especial for Inverter welding machine.
