This production line mainly used PVC,PE as raw material to produce big-diameter double-wall corrugated pipe. This kind of pipe is light,good impact-resistance,good anti-corrosion,good heat-resistance and widely used for electricity cable protection,city drainage,agriculture irrigation,construction water delivery, etc. The die of the shaping former has high accuracy, good exchangeability of block mould, two cooling ways of water and wind is equipped, on-line end belling can be achieved to assure mechanical property of pipes. Round double-pole cutter has good cut precision, the whole line adopts Siemens PLC control system and has highly self-control ability. If you change extruder and some related components then you can get PVC big-diameter reinforcement corrugated pipe in the same line.
