The tablet press is suitable mainly for chemical, agrochemicals, pharmaceutical enterprises. It can make dry granules into lump products in conformity with GMP standard and customers requirements. The machine has such features as reasonable design, advanced technology, simple operation and low energy consumption, etc. The contact parts between mould and materials are made of titanium alloy, with good anti-corrosion performance.
1. Main machine of the tablet press is converted from a 100T press, with stroke per minute 21 times. It is an optimum equipment with low power and high pressing capacity.
2. Die carrier and moulding board have go through heat treatment process. In particular, the moulds to be contacted with materials are made of titanium alloy, with dual advantages of wear and corrosion resistances.
