Description:
This hydraulic pipe expanding machine is CNC contol,for necking-in metal tube / pipe ends used as mufflers, airers, reseriors, for air conditioner, refrigerator, heater and automotives.
Applications:
SGK-75 Double-oven Full automatic expanding machine is specially used for belling of PVC pipes Pipe belling type: Straight type and R type. Heating method: double ovens are used for heating in order to improve production efficiency. After shaping, both vacuum calibration technology inside the mould and force air/water cooling outside of pipe are adopted to ensure precise belling size. The machine can be used on complete extrusion line with PLC control
