Description:
YL-848 CF2HP Two Hot & Two Cold Toe Cap Moulding Machine with computer has two heated moulds to reactivate the toe and the tip of upper and two cold moulds that, by a properly shaped aluminum moulds, make the upper forming. The new series has a new powerful hardware-software. In fact by a single programmable terminal the operator can introduce any kind of set data value of machine cycle, mould temperatures can receive warnings in case of malfunctions. Version Model.82/2H/PP has another important feature. The Teflon group and the upper support plate have a new automatic system with adjustable pressure to give n excellent final result about the linearity of the border of upper and avoid the unpleasant wrinkles.
Technical Features:
1. Fit for all kinds f thermoplastic shaping;
2. The hot up and down mould can soften uppers by steam at the same time, to make better upper;
3. The cold mould clamp is used Teflon strap and the last, the forming effect is very perfect;
4. According to the client`s shoes last, we can make the last and Teflon strap, the accuracy is 100%;
5. The hot mould has steam device, make upper to get more flexibility and brightness before cold moulding;
6. Adopt the water cooling system of quick speed and the effect is perfect, the refrigeration\'s temperature can be -30 degree.
