Description:

The wide adjustment range of weighting for top roller,the pressures are more stable and reliable. Three-stage pressures,on the front weighting elements of YJ2-142C arms. On the middle and rear weighting elements of YJ2-142C arms,two stages of working pressure are designed,users could select different pressure according to different fibers to achieve optimum effect of spinning. The coil springs are imported.advanced processing to ensure springs’nominal weight stable,reliable and no distortion for long running period. Favorable parallel between top roller and bottom roller,adjusting easily.For top front roller,two kinds of mechanism are designed,self-adjusting and hand-adjusting units,to ensure parallel between top front roller and bottom front roller when the pendulum arms are running. The locking device of four-bar linkage is easy and light for weighting or unweighting.Locking is stable and reliable.Two raised positions of the pendulum arms are at the angles of 45°and75°for easy to cleaning out cotton fibres.
