INTRODUCTION:
Starch, a high polymeric carbohydrate is a mixture of two polysaccharide, such as amylose and amylopectin. Starch conversion enzyme can change the internal structure of starch, which will decrease the starch viscosity, thereby meeting the requirement in textile destarch.
SUKAMY-TX550 is an Amylum conversion enzyme derived from the submerged fermentation of Bacillus subtilis. It is mainly used in textile destarch, especially for destarch of silk, chemical fibre and linsey-woolsey.
