Corrugated roller include in the upper corrugated roller and lower corrugating rollers, roller upper and lower surfaces both are tooth shape, two rollers matching meshing assembly. Lower corrugating rollers is active roller, motor driven run with low corrugated roller rotation  by the slow device. The upper corrugated roller is driven roller, relying on the roller gears of upper and lower rollers under the transmission mesh with each other.In order to make the corrugated base paper forming  bettwen upper and lower corrugated rollers, the upper corrugated roller must be pressured. So the upper corrugated roll not only around the rotation axis of itself, but also can go along the up and down corrugated roller line attachment direction.

Currently most manufacturers adopt composite processing, aftermid frequeney induction hardeningnitride or chrome plated, nitriding thickness of 0.5 ~ 0.6 ㎜, plating chromic layer thickness of 0.10 ~ 0.15 ㎜, chrome plated aftermid frequeney induction is main. The high quality corrugated rolles are made by soild forgings.
