Description:
1. This machine is used to fill cola, sprite and other carbonated beverage.
2. All the machine part which contact with liquid is high quality stainless steel 304.
3. The relative fittings are from international famous brand.
4.The carbonated beverage filling machine was equipped with suspension type air conveyor and frequency control of motor speed.
5. This machine is comprised of rinsing, filling and capping system.
Rinsing: grip the bottle neck, rotate filling plate, inverse bottle; internal rinsing and external spraying make bottles be cleaned completely.
Filling: counter pressure filling with holding bottle neck.
Capping: magnetic torque bottle holding type can minimize the cap damage rate and make the capping performance the best.
6. This machine owns the reasonable, stable and safe design.
7.Under the condition that the bottle neck size is the same, only the output star wheel needs to be changed if bottles are different. It improves the efficiency a lot.
Applications:
Soft drink filling line: DGCF Washing, normal pressure Filling, Capping 3-in-1 unit is a new type self-developed equipment, which bases on years’ usual practice and adopt the advanced technology, and absorb many clients’ views. It meets the client’s requirement about filling different bottle size through one set. The suspension card bottleneck is adopted to make changing the bottle size more convenient. It can deliver the bottles automatically by blind and then washing, drying, filling, covering, capping by order automatically. This equipment employs frequent and speed adjustment system so that it can adjust the speed freely and enable the operation user-friendly. This machine is mainly used in washing, filling and sealing for gas beverage (soda water, cola).
