The VMD4 series indoor circuit-breaker is our independent developed new generation 24 kv vacuuum circuit breaker.
Its main characters as follows: the conductance circuit is installed in an three-phase insulating sleeve ,
its mechanism and conductance circuit adopts front and rear layout.
And the mechanism is our deveoped new design, with simple construction, reliable operation,
and rich manufacturing experiences of thousands sets ,
used and studied by many high-end vacuum circuit breaker manufacturers.
Circuit Breaker’s Overall Structure
Spring drive mechanism and circuit breaker main parts adopt integration design,
primary conductance circuit and mechanism adopt front and rear layout,
conductance circuit locates behind of circuit break, driving mechanism is front of circuit breaker,
handcart pushing. Mechanism is under circuit breaker, and possess compact construction and small size.
VMD4 series indoor VCB’s spring drive mechanism is plane layout,
holding hand energy storing and motor energy storing function, compact outside size, good overall rigidity, reliable operation.
VMD4 series indoor VCB’s drive mechanism is the extension version on matured 12kv VMD series drive mechanism,
to assure circuit breaker whole machine’s reliability and stability.
Technical standards
All the technical parameters of breaker completely satisfy the Standards Of GB1984 AC
Highvoltage Breaker,
GB/T 11022 -1999 Common Specifications For High-Voltage Switchgear And Controlgear Standards,
China Power Sector Standards DL403.
Also meet the requirements of IEC62271-100, IEC56 and other main industrialized country’s similar standards
Scope of application
It is universally used in power plant , electric network , metallurgy industry petrochemical industry and infrastructures,
such as airport , subway, building.
VMD4 circuit breaker can be applied to control and protect cable ,
trolly wire , transformer, generator and capacitor bank in distribution system. .
