Warehouse Storage Power Assisted Movable Racking
The system boosts productivity by allowing manufacturers to easily convert multiple aisles of static storage racks into a compact, single moving aisle that easily opens and closes to afford access and enable manufacturers to mobilize their warehouse racks to store more material in less space and better organize and locate materials. The result is improved operational efficiency and bottom-line returns.
Each row can be moved by power separately, one channel can be shared by 6, 8 or 10 row of stack for easy operation. Press the button, the rack can be controlled. The gear of the motor is connected with the stack, with reasonable safety-control device. The stack can be moved without vibration continuously and smoothly. It takes only 30 seconds to clear out a channel.
● Advantages:
Maximally use the space, 80% can be used as storage area. Each goods can be retrieved directly. The stack is 12 meters high, can be long as possible. It is suitable to be installed in standardized workshop, and one forklift can be the work in and out of the warehouse, which can minimize the risks and high cost because of reduced movement of the forklift.
● Special requirements:
The rail should be placed in the ground accurately, and logistic turnover is lower than that of common systems unless remote-control system is installed.
