For Whirlpool India:DurkeeSox technical center firstly design Whirlpools Packing workshop and Spot Welding workshop. The area of Packing workshop is about 1800 m2, the area of Spot Welding workshop is about 1000m2, both air conditioners are overload. In order to save engery, the owner request directional air distribution. After thorough design and precise calculation by the engineers in DurkeeSox Technical center,DurkeeSox texel ventilation system isucessfully come up a set of air disperion solution:1, Design directional air distribution system to satisfy with the requirement of production directional air dispersion,open different sizes orifices, precise throw range calculation,all of these make each worker to gain larger airflow,at the same time the airflow is also comfortable.2, Drop down the installation height of DurkeeSox fabric ducts,the cooling air quickly send to the directional position, furthest save energy.3,As the roof of Whilrpool factory is bule color,we select blue fabrifc to harmonize with arround environment, it is very aesthetic.After much communication with Whirlpool and adjust the precise directional air dispersion position,we select main duct 864mm in diameter, branch ducts select 660mm and 508mm in diamter. In addition,precisely calucalte the throw range ,the quantity & size and the velocity to working area ,according to the directional air dipersion position and parameters of system pressure,etc.DurkeeSox textile ventilation system finished installation and used for air dispersion in July,2008,the precise air dispersion position,suitable velocity.
