Description:

The machine body is welded by steel plates with the characteristics of high sensitive of direction-changing, non-contact or non-vacant stroke, and of accuracy being calibrated to 0.02mm. It is specially suitable for the calibration of rollers of textile, axles and link levels of automobiles and motorcycles, steel, channels, round bars, angle steels etc. It is suitable for the straightening of shaft components and axle sleeve parts as well as the movements of coining and overprinting.  It mainly applies to the straightening of screw, rack, circular shaft, circular tube, strip steel plate, I-shaped steel, C type steel and welded circular tube as well as the straightening of deformed parts after heat treatment. And the pressure, stroke, and speed of axle, motor axle, crankshaft, connecting rod, torsion bar and transmission shaft can be regulated, controlled with easy operating. The worker steps on the switch to operate and this equipment straightens and tests with human assistance. The accuracy of straightening is between 0.05mm and 0.1mm.

Applications:

This series of hydraulic stretcher is specially used for calibrating and press-fitting of the parts of axial and axial sleeve varieties, and for shaping, punching and embossing of relative components.
