ongfeng 153 original chassis， one row and a half with a sleeper flathead driver cab. 4500mm wheelbase, EuroⅢ Cummins B190HP 6 cylinders intercooling and turbocharged engine(displacement: 5900cc, power 140kw, torque 65kgf/1500rpm. Dongfeng 6 speed manual transmissipn(6+1), 5000kg front axle, 10000kg rear axle, truck frame section 250mm, 10.0020 nylon tyre, with hydraulic power steering, dual-line air braking, air-brake cut.
Tanker volume: 6000L, manufactured by national standard carbon steel Q235B (equals to American Standard ASTMA36 3/16), and the thickness of 5mm. There are several anti-wave plates inside the tanker with the effect of equidistant anti-wave to make sure driving safely. The inner tanker adopts metal intert-gas (MIG) welding, outer with electric-arc welding. And there is a ladder on the tanker rear side, and with a diameter of 500mm cover on the top of the tanker. Inlet-outlet opening is on the tanker below the tanker rear side, inletting water through a coupling with a diameter of 21/1 cover and fire valve. Can check the water gage, and see whether need to add some water or not, when needing water or cleaning using a tap and a 21/2 coupling to water. The whole sheet is formed before coating, the tanker adopting SSPC-SP-10 nearly white sand blasting treatment standard, SIS 05.5900As21/2 Standard unit. The first layer of the outer uses yellow epoxy primer and 40 micron thickness dry film, and the last layer with Munsell N-9,5 white standard and 30 micron thickness dry film.
