Clear plastic PETG sheet for thermoform
Feature of PETG sheet:
1)Outstanding toughness and impact property.
PETG sheet impact strength is 15-20times than acrylic. The toughness can reduce the waste when transportation,installation and so on.
2)Good thermoforming properties.
The temperature of thermal forming is lower than PVC, easy to process and high productivity.
3)Fine weatherability
PTEG sheet with UV protected can be used outdoor without color change. So the sheet can keep the colourful for a long time.
4)Easy processing
Can process our sheet by laser cut, edge milling, die cut, drill, solder, punch, hot bend, cold bend(under thickness of 2.5mm)dead set, rivets fixed, bolted cover, etc.
5)Excellent chemical resistance
Compared with PC and PMMA which can resistance kinds of cleaning agent. Such as alcohol etc.
6)Environmental protection
PETG is a copolymerization of non-crystalline polyester material which passed the Certificate of Food Contact Standard issued by FDA. It is also a biodegradable plastic which can degrade within 60 years.

Widely used in indoor and outdoor signs, point of sale display, store shelves,video game panels, move panels vending machines, food containers,furniture,construction and mechanical baffle and etc.
