The die roll’s rotation rate can be regulated within 0 to 5 rpm, so users can choose the most appropriate speed according to different materials and process parameters. S406 Softgel Encapsulation Machine improves the bearing spindle supporting way of die roll, thus making the spindle more accuracy and much easier to repair. In addition, the machine further improves the machining precision. More helical gears are used in the process of gear moving, which improve the gear coincidence degree and transmission stability. The spilt structure of cooling fan reduces the thermal effect to the pressure pill. Besides, gelatin barrel is added with wheel which can be moved more conveniently and easily. The machine is provided with stirring or insulation optional hopper, using ground automatic feeding method. The soft capsule machine’s oil roller is made of stainless steel material, so it’s more in line with the requirements of GMP.

Adopting a frequency inverter, the die roll speed can be regulated from 0 to 5 rpm steplessly. The temperature of the injecting wedge, the gelatin spreader boxes and the gelatin tanks can be regulated as desired with individual thermometer regulator. This machine has advantages of high level of automation and high productivity, and is accurate in dosage filling. It is suitable for producing pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food, paintballs etc.
