PE Refrigerator backboard plastic plate Machine
PE Refrigerator backboard plastic plate Machine is capable of continuously producing mono-layer or
multi-layer PP/PE/ABS/PMMA/PC/PS/HIPS plate with the width less than 3000mm and thickness between
1-30mm. The products are widely used in the fields of refrigerator, air conditioner, advertisement, and
construction, environmental protection, automotive trim, etc.
Extruder : Appropriate single-screw extruder (exhaust or not) should be chosen on the basis of different
materials. Specially designed screw and advanced temperature controlling system ensure the good
plasticization, high output and stable extruding.
Screen changer and mould : The quick screen changer of hydraulic system ensures the short course of
screen changing without material-leakage, without machine stopping, according to material choice
cloth-rack plate mould, it can be add melt counting pump according to the different of materials to
guarantee even thickness of plate and the stability of plate extruding.
Three-roller calender machine: Adopts vertical three-roller calendering machine, equipped with roller
temperature controlling device, the space of three roller can be adjusted manually and automatically, which
has the function of emergency cut off ensure safety.
Bracket of cooling roller:Equipped with corresponding guide roller, the cooling effect is better. In addition,
the edge-shearing and parting off device is equipped which can guarantee fixed width of plates and quality
of edge.
Hauling off machine :Hauling with butyronitrile rubber roller for twice hauling to protect the stability and
smoothness of plate, the hauling speed synchronize with three roller calendering machine.
Horizontal cutting machine:With cylinder clamping, moving cutting, speed frequency regulating to protect
the cutting speed synchronize with plate making speed. Cutting with alloy saw blade, equipped with dust
absorption device.
Applications:

duct:plank floor,pavilion,chair,door,building template,tray,rail crosstie,fence,courtyard handrail,flower
pot.
3.it can produce PE/PP/PS/ABS single-layer and multi-layer sheet with thickness of 0.2mm to 30mm and
width of up to 3000mm.
4.widely use in the architecture decoration,cleaning tools, inner decoration of cars, packing containers, and
stationery, etc
