LRS85-III Double-screw extruder Introduction:
Raw material of the equipment applied to widely range and has a lot of products shape. LRS series of double-screw Extruder mainly consist of feeding system, extruding system, heating system, transmission system, cutting system and control system.
Raw material is fed through feeding machine, barrel after high temperature, high pressure and high shear, make the material of the organization expanded to achieve desired state and quality requirements.
The Double-screw extruder LRS85-III Feature:
Adopting advance inverter speed control technology, make the equipment operation more smoothly and more province electricity.
Screw adopted alloy steel material, special workmanship, wear resistance and confined; Screw has a longer life, adopt block combination structure, can be combined freely according to different requirements.
Automatic lubricating and forced cooling make sure that transmission part of equipment has longer life.
Visual automatic control temperature system in order to make the temperature control more intuitive, parameters more precise.
5. Screw has clean function by itself, when machine stop, clean up without remove the screw. Flexible configuration, choose different model and configuration can produce different products.
