Design Features:
1.Packing is made of high-strength weaving graphite and weaving carbon fiber,providing reliable sealing performance.
2.Self-lubricated bearing can support shaft,eliminate abrasion.
3.Disc-shaft connection is achieved by key and thread pin with reliable performance,
the design can allow field replacement.
4.Disc sealing ring is formed by multiply non-corrosive alloy steel plate and graphite through the special compression technique.This lapped disc sealing ring offers positive sealing and minimizes the valve operating torque,lengthen service life.
5.Packing gland is two-section design advoiding shaft jamming due to tilting placement.

7.Offset construction:unique offset construction reduces the abrasion between disc sealing ring and seat,prevents the leakage due to the abrasion,and increases the service life .
