Hennly double planetary mixer :
Hennly double planetary mixer can meet the working for all the products which, because of their viscosity, density, thixotropy and sensibility to the temperature, cannot be treated through the traditional dispersion and mixing system. The double planetary mixers are the most versatile means for the mixing and dispersion of high viscosity and thixotropy products.
Double Planetary Mixers have the characteristic of low speed & large torque. For viscosity material it not only has the capacity of mix but shears & kneads function. The revolution and rotation make the material in the center and sidewall mix thoroughly. According to material feature, different blades can be chosen including rectangular blades, butterfly blades, finger blades, turbo blades and new helical blades.
In real application, the mixing type could be combined freely in order to avoid too much heat brought in mixing. The standard planetary mixer equips with scarper, temperature display, vacuum operation, ect. Also we can do the Teflon coating according to the using condition. Mixing capacity range from 1-2000 liters.
