Color coated steel coils is also known as ppgi coil, ppgl coil,pre-coated steelcoil, coil coated steel coil, prepainted steel coil etc, typically with a hot dip zinc coated steel substrate interms of galvanized steel coil or galvalume steel coil
1) Standard: JIS G3312 CGCC & CGLCC
2) Grade: CGCC and SGCC
3)Base material:Galvanized steel coil, galvalume steel coil
3) Hardness of material: Both soft and full hard are available
4) Surface finish: With or without protect film
5) Thickness range: 0.18-1.20mm
6) Width: Width range 600-1250mm, Normall width: 914mm, 1000mm, 1220mm and 1250mm.
7) Shape: Both sheet and coil are available
8) Zinc coating: 60-275G/M2, both sides
9) Paint thickness: Top Side 5 um + (10-20) um modified polyester, any RAL color code.
10) Paint thickness: Back Side 5-10 um Epoxy
11) Coil weight: 4-6 tons, also According to customer's requirements
12) Max loading in one 20ft container: Not over 25tons
13) MOQ: 25 tons for each thickness or color
14) Actual Last quantity: More or less 5-10%

Brief Introduction:
Color coated steel coils is a protection method for steel workpieces against atmospheric corrosion and widely used in metal structure facilities. Galvanized steel coils are made of full hard steel coils through UEC hot dip galvanizing process. After pretreatment and annealing treatment, the dedusted steel material are submerged into melted zinc solution which is about 50 degree to attach zinc coating on the steel material as corrosion protection, Then after finishing and drawing straightening treatment, the galvanized steel coils or sheets are finally completed.
