Description:
This press is a vertical four-column hydraulic press. It consists of the body and control device, which are connected by the oil pipe and the electric device to work coordinately. The body consists of machine frame, main cylinder, hydraulic mat and profile device. The control device consists of drive mechanism, electric box and control box .
Applications:
This press is suitable for pressing operations such as punching, pressing, stamping, bending, flanging and extrusion etc. of plasticity materials. It is also used for straightening, pressure assembling and molding of powder products as well as nonmetal materials such as plastics, insulator and abrasive products etc..
Functions and Features
This press, with independent motive organization and electric system, adopts the control system of the centralized buttons, and controls technical operations with the PLC to achieve adjustment (inching) and operation (semi-auto).
The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted in the defined range.
