1. Purpose

Vacuum drying oven is designed specially for drying heat-sensitive, easy decomposition and oxidation material, it is able to internal into the inert gas, and especially some composition complex items can also carry on the fast drying.

2. Applicable range

2.1 The studio is the high quality stainless steel plate; it has round shape, and cleans easily. Besides, it is smooth and fluent.

2.2 Between Housing and studio, it is filling with superfine glass. Vacuum drying chamber is widely used in research and application fields, such as biological chemistry, chemical pharmaceutical, medical and health, agricultural scientific research, environmental protection and so on. It’s used for disinfection and sterilization of the powder drying, baking and all kinds of glass containers. Particularly, it is suitable for dry heat-sensitive, and easy to resolve. Besides, it’s easy to oxidate material and complex component objects in the fast highly effective drying process.

3. According standards

It is according to the testing standard of UL 1642 UL2054 UN38.3 etc.

4. Structure

4.1 The housing is made of high quality cold-rolled steel plate, and finished with electrostatic powder spraying; the coat is hard and firm, with strong rust resistance;

4.2 The studio is the high quality stainless steel plate. Its thickness is 6 mm, and has round shape. It is smooth, fluent, and it can clean easily.

4.3 The door of the cabinet is a double-layer tempered glass structure, the inside items can be observed clearly;

4.4 There is a rubber seal between Studio and glass door, which is to ensure the higher vacuum degree;
