Description
With low carbon Mn - Si - V - RE alloys, mass fraction (%) for the chemical composition: C: 0.10 ~ 0.30, Mn: 1.2 ~ 2.0, Si: 0.20 ~ 0.50 V: 0.05 ~ 0.20, RE: 0.010 ~ 0.040, P acuities were 0.025, S 0.025, or less headroom Fe.Manufacturing methods are: (1) the steel: the electric arc furnace smelting steel, steel according to the requirements of chemical composition and conventional smelting process planning;(2) casting: the pouring leakage, tapping temperature to 1620 + 20 °C, pouring temperature to 1560 + 10 °C;(3) heat treatment: normalizing: 920 ~ 940 °C, air cooling;Quenching: 890 ~ 920 °C, oil cooling or special cooling medium;Tempering: 540 ~ 560 °C, air cooling;Intermediate frequency quenching surface: 870 plus or minus 10 °C, quenching thickness 3 ~ 5 mm deep.
