Product Introduction
Jaw crusher has advantages of high crushing ratio, even final size, simple structure, reliable working condition, easy maintenance and low operating cost etc. Iron ore crusherjaw crushers are mainly used to crush kinds of mining stone primarily, and the largest compression resistance of the material to be crushed is 320MPa. The jaw crusher is widely used in stone mining, metallurgy industry, building material, highway, railway, and chemical industry.

This series production is suitable for that material whose pressure resistance below 200MPA, such as: limestone, plaster,coal,marlite,sand shale and so on,it has features of big crushing rate,final production size even, simple structure, stable, easy maintenance and low operate cost. It is widely used in concrete,building,metallurgy and airport building industry.
Operating Principle
Motor of iron ore Jaw crusher drives rotor to rotate in high speed in the crushing cavity. The materials are feeded into the machine through the upper feeding opening and are striked, impacted, sheared and grinded by high speed moving. Under the bottom of rotor, it is equipped with sieve plate. Among the crushed materials fractions that is less than mesh size are discharged through sieve plate, materials fractions that is bigger than mesh size are kept on the sieve plate to be striked and grinded by Jaw and they are discharged out of machine finally. The main woriking parts of Jaw crusher is the rotor with Jaw. Rotor consists of main shaft, disc, pin roll and hammer.
