Product Introduction

Vibrating feeder is also called vibration feedingmachine.It can transmit the particle material into the next deviceevenly,regularly and continuously in the production process.It can feed thecrusher mechanically,evenly in sand making production line,also coarselyscreening the material. In addition,it is widely applied in the crushing andscreening equipment of metallurgy,coal mine,mining selecting,buildingmaterials,chemistry and milling etc.

Operating Principle

Vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring,vibrator, motor vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixedeccentric shafts whose gears are jogged. When installation, the two gears mustbe jogged according to the sign. Through drive of the motor, the two eccentricshafts start rotating to produce a linear huge power which forces the feeder tovibrate. Through the vibration, The materials will slip and sling on thefunnel, moving forward, when the materials pass the screening part, smallerparts will fall down, avoiding the further crushing, so screening purpose canbe reached.
