They are used for making hot splice when conveyor belt was hurt seriously.
1.Intermediate rubber（core rubber，tie gum）

Features： 1）High bonding and tensile strength，no delamination from belt body，Impact resistance， tear resistance.
2）The steelcord is firmed and not easy to be pulled out from the belt body.
2.uncured cover rubber（cover plate）
Specification： Width:500mm， thickness:4~6mm， Weight:10 Kg/Roll
Features： 1）high temperature resistant，anti-aging， anti-abrasion， High tensile strength.
2）After hot vulcanizing，conveyor belt have features of self-adhesive and it‘s tensile resistance，thus ensuring the quality of hot joints and improving conveyor transport efficiency.
