Description:
Intermediate metal conduit is also called IMC Conduit or IMC Pipe, which is the steel electrical conduit that is lighter in weight and thinner than rigid metal conduit. It is designed specifically to protect insulated electrical conductors and cables. But it cost much less than rigid metal conduit.
Pre-galvanized IMC is made of high quality galvanized steel coiling, and hot dip galvanized IMC conduit is made of high quality black welded pipe, after degreasing, washing in water,pickling, rinsing, drying and hot dip galvanizing.Free from black spots and bubbles, strong corrosion resistance and long life.Widly used in all severe environment and provide good protection for the electrical raceway system.
1)Used for protecting wire or cable
2)One side of the conduit is with blue plastic cap and the other side is with steel coupling.
3)Thread both side.
4)There are 1/2\",3/4\",1\",1-1/4\",1-1/2\",2\" ,2-1/2\",3\" and 4\" for your reference
