It is professional facility for steel ball precise researching and super precise researching between Bearing factory and special making factory. 3M7780B hydraulic pressure is constant voltage carrier and keep pressure with variable pump - style of limited pressure. The user can adjust pressure according to technology of their own. The main shaft and material tray adopt frequency conversion to change speed. The coding program control appliance is the whole machines' control core. The most advantage of 3M7780B are adopted a new way of adding pressure, that is three point style - fixed radial of tray outside oil tank and piston. The moving tray is moving at the same time affecting pulling force of three oil tank, and parallel move on the straight line slideway following main shaft case. The pattern, being independent with the precision of the spin of the main shaft, is beneficial to improve the precision of the movement of machine tool. Furthermore the end of the main shaft adopt the bearing structure of the unloading lotus to improve the strength of the main shaft and perfecting moving precision of main shaft. It can ensure demands that produce high quality steel ball. After this machine tool trial production, through some factories used, Grade G10 Row Z4, Grade G5 of steel balls were produced steady and well received by the users.
